Just wondering if anyone else had noticed the links to a download store off of the milda7 site, and wether it allows people outside of japan to purchase and download material?

Yep. I have. They're about 25-35 pages long at an image per page. It's all in Japanese, mind you, so it plays out as more like a picture story.

Can you explain how to go about purchasing it from dlsite then? Do we need an ID or what?
Edit: Never mind, I just needed to click the second option to check out as a guest, fill out the information as translated by Rikaichan, then click the third option in the subscription type selection.
Rikaichan is a handy little extension, isn't it?

Guess I get to learn two cool things today...RikaiChan rocks, and I can spend money in Japan... yay!
