Graphics Tablet & Software Question

What software do you use to create your illustrations, and do you use a graphics tablet?

I use pencil & paper to sketch, then scan it into Manga Studio for inking and then move it to Photoshop for color. I use a tiny Wacom Intuos 3 tablet for the digital work.
